Refund policy

If you change your mind, then that's okay! I offer a 14-day return policy on all my products across the store. Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage fee.

If any items arrive damaged, a free replacement or part will be sent out (Proof of damage required first)

If you choose express delivery at checkout and the item does not arrive within 3 days, you will receive a full refund for the extra delivery cost!

Email to contact regarding refunds or damaged items is edoniworkco@gmail.com. All returned items are to be shipped to 3/4, 15 Cathkinview Place, G42 9ER, Glasgow, Scotland. 

As soon as the returned item is received the refund process will be initiated, this will take between 3 and 5 working days for the money to go back onto the card used for payment.
